The GOP has another gubernatorial hopeful in Senate Deputy Majority Leader John DeFrancisco (R-Syracuse). He discussed why he has decided to run against Governor Cuomo and his road to the nomination. This winter has seen a fair share of negative wind chill temperatures across the State. Sen.
