Emily McNeill, the Lead Organizer of the Labor-Religion Coalition of New York State, make the case for raising the minimum wage to $15/hr. We will discuss the CSEA retiree lawsuit against the Thruway Authority with CSEA’s Therese Assalian and John Francisco, who worked in the Thruway Planning Department until his retirement in 2004. Sen. Diane Savino (IDC – Staten Island) is looking to expand patient access and increase the number of trained physicians under the state’s medical marijuana laws. She will join Susan to explain additional medical marijuana legislation.
