Sara Niccoli, Democratic candidate for the 46th Senate District, weighed in on the need to pass ethics reforms before the end of session. Paul Winkeller, executive director of the New York Bicycling Coalition, and Joe Martens, the former DEC Commissioner and senior fellow at the Open Space Institute, explained the need to increase bike safety for riders in NY. We hosted Brad Williams, the executive director of the NYS Independent Living Council, to discuss legislation that would amend the Real Property Tax Credit for the disabled living on limited income.
