We host State Education Commissioner MaryEllen Elia to discuss the Regents’ decision to add flexibility to teacher evaluation requirements and other education priorities. Last night the Senate unanimously passed legislation that will extend statute of limitations requirements for those affected by the contaminant PFOA. Sen. Kathy Marchione (R– Halfmoon), who sponsored the bill and represents Hoosick Falls – a village affected by the contaminant – joins Susan.
