Since October, New York City has seen over 400 cases of measles in one of the worst outbreaks in recent memory. Sen. Brad Hoylman (D-Manhattan), has introduced legislation to end any non-medical exemptions to vaccination requirements. The Senator discussed this bill and his legislative priorities for the remainder of the legislative session.
