We speak with Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney about a $50 million proposal to redesign the New York State Fairgrounds. Gov. Cuomo wants the grounds to be used year-round. Tom Bryant, a volunteer with the Farmer Veteran Coalition, explains grant programs that help returning veterans expand their farms and skills.
