A coalition of advocates and mental health providers are calling on the Governor to halt any cuts to mental health services for adolescents. Andrea Smyth, Executive Director of the New York State Coalition for Children’s Behavioral Health, explained how these cuts could hinder mental health improvement efforts in the state.
