The Climate Action Council is beginning to take shape with the recently announced appointees from the Senate and Assembly. We discussed the Council with one of the newest appointees, Peter Iwanowicz, Executive Director of Environmental Advocates of New York State and former acting Commissioner of the State Department of Environmental Conservation.
