Wednesday was the 47th anniversary of the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case, Roe v. Wade. To mark the anniversary, Sen. Alessandra Biaggi (D-Bronx) has proposed legislation that would create a voluntary public fund to cover the expenses of an abortion procedure for low-income New Yorkers. The Senator explained how the fund works when she joined the show.
