Since the Child Victims Act’s look back window opened, over 1,500 civil court cases have been filed in the state. Now, advocates are pushing to pass the Adult Survivors Act which would allow adult survivors of sexual abuse to file similar cases. We spoke with the Assembly bill sponsor, Asm.
