Local highway superintendents flooded the Capitol this week to call for additional funding for roads and bridges in the state. Asm. Phil Palmesano (R-Corning) and Todd Gadd, New York State County Highway Superintendents Association President and Wyoming County Highway Superintendent, explained why this funding is so crucial.
