James Hodgkinson, the man who shot House Majority Whip, Steve Scalise, reportedly had a history of domestic violence. Justin Walters fatally shot his wife Nichole in the driveway of their home during a domestic dispute in which New York State Police trooper Joel Davis was also killed.
