A recent Court of Appeals decision ruled in favor of the State and against the Constitution Pipeline, which puts the project in doubt. The Business Council, argues that the pipeline will give New Yorkers access to natural gas which would create jobs and lower energy costs. The Business Council’s Director of Government Affairs, Darren Suarez, joined Susan to discuss the court’s decision.
