The right to die movement in New York was dealt a significant blow Thursday by the state’s highest court. Vin Bonventre, the Justice Robert H. Jackson Distinguished Professor of Law at Albany Law School and author of the New York Court Watch blog, was a signatory to one of the Amicus briefs; he joined Susan to discuss the ruling and what it means for the Right to Die movement.
