Puerto Rico’s energy grid was almost completely destroyed by Hurricane Maria. As part of New York’s response, the New York Power Authority sent a team of 19 transmission experts to help restore power. The President and CEO of the New York Power Authority, Gil Quiniones, discussed the efforts.
